Our Zenjob chat allows you to communicate directly with the companies you've been booked for to quickly and easily ask questions about your shift and let them know anything that might be relevant to them.
As soon as you have been booked for a shift, a chat is automatically created with the company.
You can find the chat in your app under Profile → Chat with the company. Please make sure that you have downloaded the latest app version.
You can use it for the following purposes:
- Clarify details about the shift, e.g. regarding the meeting point or dress code
- Support if there is no contact person on site
- To inform the company if you are running a little late for your shift
Please note, however, that as your employer, you must inform us of your lateness. Informing the partner company is not sufficient.

The disclosure of personal data, such as telephone numbers, IBANs or similar, is not permitted!
